How To Become A Franchisee
The timeline of becoming our franchisee
Day 1: Application
After you apply it will take us 1-3 days to evaluate/read your answers and do a little research about you through the links you provided. Once we are done we will get back to you.
First week: Interview
It's typically done through an online meeting, where we want to discuss your motivation, and expectations and answer all of your questions.
Week 1-2: Conditions and non-disclosure agreement
We want to be completely open from the beginning and be able to share with you every important information. Therefore, after the interview, we will sign with you a non-disclosure agreement.
In the same phase, we will provide you with the Franchise contract template, and specify the conditions for your country.
Week 2-4: Test of cooperation
Our main motivation is not to sell Franchises but to build functional branches. Therefore, we wish to reserve the right to test your skills and mutual cooperation. At least, you will have to go through:

1 day of testing to evaluate your talents and skillset

2 weeks testing project, when we will organize something together in your country to see what the cooperation could look like in the future.
All of this is for being able to tell, if you will be able to handle the role of our Franchisee or not.
Week 3-5: Personal meeting
The best case scenario is to meet you in person and spend some time together, you can visit our offices, meet your team members, and spend some time with us.
Ideally, we also handle some training together, you have to see SORUDO firsthand.
Week 4+: Franchise contract
We will need some formalities from you, criminal records, bank records, and other key information to evaluate if there are no skeletons in the closet.

Where we started and where we are now
Creation of the B2B department, recruitment of the first sales representatives, and rocket growth through B2B sales. The establishment of the first SORUDO sales team in the Czech Republic.
After nearly ten years of development, the first contract comes from Mexico for the training of local security agencies, the special forces, and the government.
1999
Petr Moučka founds the SORUDO and opens its first branch in Hradec Králové, - Czech Republic.
2010
2008
The establishment of the first company that represents SORUDO. The transformation from self-employment into a company - the beginning of growth.
2016
2017-2020
Years of growth - we grew by +150-200%, over these years while we mainly focused on courses in the Czech Republic.
2022
After the COVID restrictions, we re-opened our B2B department and started new branches in Brazil and Kenya. Also started expanding across Europe.

How our branches perform in different countries
Slovakia
The Slovakian branch started originally as a Franchise a few years ago. This is also how the whole Franchising idea came to life. A local entrepreneur from Slovakia came and suggested to us the opportunity to sell him the Slovakian market as a franchise. We set up the franchise conditions, started to prepare a team of instructors, and after a while the first sales came in. Due to his medical issues, he had to quit to take care of his other companies. We bought the license back before COVID hit and had to wait a couple of years to finally continue.
Our branch: 1 year went by since we re-opened. We have 2 sales representatives locally and 2 instructors. Current revenue is 13.000 Eur / month.
Poland
Poland, we started developing a few months ago. We hired our first sales representative and after 19 days in, she was able to generate the first order from a local clients. A few weeks after that, we organized local camp for instructors, and after 43 days since we hired the first person, we did the first seminars in the country. Now we continue to gradually grow the local business.
Our branch: It is now 3 months since we started. We have 2 sales representatives locally and 3 instructors. Current revenue is 6.500 Eur / month
Kenya
Kenya also started during COVID. A local partner wanted to travel into the Czech republic to get the training and be able to teach SORUDO in his own security agency. Because of covid restriction we had to travel to Nairobi instead. Since then we are cooperating with dozens of local security agencies, couple of local companies, and we are currently working on penetrating into Kenya Police.
Licenced branch: Local partner for one year since start. No stable stream of revenue. Contract-based business. Typical clients are: Government, Security Agencies
Brazil
The story of Brazil started with the beginning of the NoBullshit brand. Local instructor Eduardo came to the Czech Republic to get the training. He was really skillful and stayed here more than a month to eventually pass the certification to become the country Instructor for Brazil. Since then, he organized a couple of camps and trained many local instructors. A few of them continue training with us, and open regular SORUDO clubs.
Licensed branch: Local partner for one year since the start. Non-funcional B2B sales. Business model: Clubs - Active clubs in 3 cities
Mexico
The first contract from Mexico came out of the blue in 2008. At that time this was a huge deal for SORUDO. A couple of instructors traveled there including the chief Instructor and created a team of 12 local instructors inside of the biggest security agencies. Since then, we've traveled there many times for follow-up training. The initial goal was to become the official training system for the biggest security agency in South America. Unfortunately, after some political and leadership changes, this project slowed down. The local instructors are now on their own, some of them teach SORUDO in their own clubs, some of them continue as contractors in security agencies, and a few of them travel to the Czech Republic regularly to train with us and spread SORUDO as their own business.
